It is the largest single development project undertaken by Harborough District Council in recent times and is poised to make a significant impact on commerce in the town.
The centre provides offices and studios available to let on flexible terms by small and growing companies. The centre can cater for up to 53 companies in a total of just over 23,000 sq ft of office space with offices and studios ranging from 157 sq ft to 1,065 sq ft. The offices and studios are ideal for companies with 1-15 employees where they can benefit from a flexible, professional, supported and equipped office environment.
For companies not yet ready to move in to an office, the centre also offers virtual office and shared office services.
A range of conference and meeting rooms are also available at the centre, which can be hired by the hour, day or half-day by internal or external companies. They are fully equipped and we can organise catering on request, depending on your requirements.
Centre customers enjoy on-site catering courtesy of Caffé Carrara. This offers a wide range of food and drinks, freshly prepared on site.
Market Harborough itself is a pretty market town with excellent rail and road links to the North, London and the South.
